EXPRESS SHIPPING

1. Service Availability: Australia-wide express shipping is available for all purchases at standard rate of $15 regardless of the value of your order. We currently do not offer express shipping for International orders.

2. Processing Time: Express shipping orders will be subject to our standard business processing timeframe - 2 business days.

3.Delivery Time: Metropolitan: Delivery is estimated between 2-4 business days. Regional: Delivery is estimated between 4-6 business days

4. Shipping Costs: Express shipping incurs a $15 fee regardless of the value of your order.

5. Tracking: All express shipments include tracking. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

6. Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or infrastructural impacts.

ORDERS

By placing any order for goods in the manner described on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the goods for the price specified on that Website at the time you place the order (Offer). We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any Offer made by you for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of the goods, an error in the price or the goods description posted on the Website, or an error in your Offer.

We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed.
If you’ve made a mistake with your order, you are welcome to return it to us once it has arrived for a refund. We offer returns, within the terms of our Returns Policy. If you’ve made a mistake with your address, please contact Customer Service, we will make every effort with the carrier to retrieve your order and update the address details. We can launch an investigation with the carrier once the items are missing for more than 5 business days.

Please note that all orders purchased will be refunded to the original payment type and card via our online returns process that can be found on our Returns Policy page.

RETURNS

Eligibility: Returns are eligible for items purchased within the last 30 days and in their original condition, with tags attached.

Return Fee: A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for processing returns.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale or opened products, are not eligible for returns.

We do not store or have access to your credit card details - they are transmitted directly and securely.

If you are considering sending us any other personal information through our website or other electronic means, please be aware that the information may be insecure in transit, particularly where no encryption is used (e.g. email, standard HTTP). VOUCHER / PROMOTION CODE REDEMPTION

When redeeming promotional VIP Vouchers and Promo Codes, the discount amount is applied proportionately across each qualifying item purchased. Unfortunately, VIP Vouchers and Promo Codes are non-refundable, so please choose your items carefully when redeeming a voucher/promo code on your order. Any final amount refunded will represent the original price less the apportioned discount amount. If a product is short-picked or the order subject to packing error, please contact our customer service team to find an alternative solution. 

REGISTRATION PROMOTION
